Walthers Proto 2000 Locomotive being sold for parts/ AS IS as I currently don't have a ho track to test on. I tried to test with a 9 volt battery and nothing happened. I would assume that it would need some sort of maintenance at a minimum. The railing on top is nearly all broken off on the the top. The original box has wear and there is tape on it.
