Per our grading of this item, it is equivalent to the TCA rating of R-3: Good -- A restored piece that has signs of play wear with minor dents and scratches. The tender scrapes against the rails and makes an audible noise when reversing. This item has been custom painted by the previous owner. There are imperfections and unevenness in the paint. This item appears to have been run, and displays overall signs of previous use. There are scratches and various spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis of this item. The coal load on the tender is falling apart and is incomplete. The wheels show signs of average run time. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please.
