LGB 21582 G Scale NYC F7 B Unit Non-Powered Diesel Locomotive with Sound #2423. It’s tested and works. It’s used and has very minimal ware. The tires have some ware and minor gunk build up from use. Other than that it looks pretty good. Box has some ware too but it doesn’t look too bad. It still has the original styrofoam insert and the extra accessories. Check pictures for condition.
