This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive and tender have been tested. The locomotives motor is functional, however the locomotives operating light did not function. The tenders whistle did not function. These items are being sold as-is. This locomotive and tender shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shells and chassis. This locomotive and tender shows rusting on the chassis, trucks, wheels, and axels.
