This item has been graded per TCA standards C-4: Fair based on visual appearance. The tender is not included. There are large sections where the original paint has been rubbed/chipped off. There are spots of rust/oxidation on the internals, eccentric rods, and on the chassis. One eccentric rod has its piston rod separated from the mechanism due to a breaking in the connector. The manufacturing plate underneath the drive wheels is loose on one side. One of the road number identification plates is severely deteriorated and is now barely legible. Overall condition is Fair.
