Lionel 2466W Whistle Tender

Specifications

Motor buzzes but won't whistle. The wires are frayed underneath that could be the problem. The electric coupler works. I see a few solder burns on bottom of shell. The plastic shell is pretty clean with only a few scratches and lettering is intact. Fix the motor and this tender will be a nice addition to your Lionel collection.
