This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This item is non functional due to an unresponsive motor. There are spots of corrosion on the chassis and wheels. There are light nicks, scratches, and paint chips on the shell and chassis. There are spots of rust on the undersides of the locomotive and tender. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
