This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are heavy nicks, scratches, and signs of surface rust present on this locomotive. Brass accents show signs of tarnish that have formed. Additionally, the paint throughout the body shows moderate paint wear, chipping, and spots of discoloration due to aging. When tested, the item does receive power and wants to move but struggles. The wheels have been replaced with reproductions from Model Engineering Works. This item will benefit from a cleaning of the gears, wheels, and pickups. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
