This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are a few light scratches and rub marks present on the surface of this locomotive. The round piece that the pantograph attaches to is loose on one side and will need to be glued back on. The pantographs are not attached, but are included. A few scuff marks are also visible on the sides of the shell. When tested, the item receives power, but struggles to traverse. This item is being sold AS-IS. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent. SOLD AS-IS. It is either untested or was confirmed as non-funct.
