This item has been graded per TCA standards C-4: Fair based on visual appearance. There are nicks and scratches present on the surfaces of both the locomotive and tender. The cow catcher is bent out of shape and now lays on the track. This causes it to spark and not traverse at all. Truck on the tender is also damaged and wheelsets are included, however this will need to be completely replaced. This item is being sold AS-IS The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Fair. SOLD AS-IS. It is either untested or was confirmed as non-functional.
