This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. Both couplers appear to be modern replacements. This item ran rough when tested. The previous owner replaced the E- unit with a modern component with a speaker. The left side window strut is cracked. The shell is slightly loose from the chassis. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. There are small spots of rust on the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included.
