What we have here is a Minuteman number 59 Switcher that has been weathered by the previous owner! Somebody actually did a good job of weathering this engine to look more prototypical as it would have looked in real life. Anyway because of the fact that's a white plastic body to begin with most of the weathering probably could be removed I did some checking online and as long as the body of the unit is made of white plastic painting over white plastic can be removed carefully. And of course it runs forward backward reverse Etc. I feel the price reflux what you will receive and is being sold as is with no returns. So look at the pictures carefully and judge for yourself.
