Lionel Pre-war Standard Gauge #380E Electric Locomotive. E Stamped on Doors. Runs pretty well in both directions. The reverse unit works most of the time. One pick-up was replaced but doesn't seem to pick-up power. One headlight works. Re-wheeled. One coupler is damaged. Some general paint wear(roof paint has some scaling).
