These items have been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. The coupler tails have been cut off. Several of the rails are bent, ill fitting, and have chipped paint. These items have been out on display previously and their overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. This item did not run when tested so its being sold as is. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at these items.
