IT INCLUDES THE POWERED LOCOMOTIVE AND UNPOWERED UNIT. I DID NOT CONNECT THE COUPLERS FOR THE VIDEO (ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED INCLUNING 3 EXTRA COUPLERS) TOO MUCH WORK TO CONNECT THEN DISCONNECT.IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND RUNS SMOOTH AND STRONG IN FORWARD AND REVERSE.THE LIGHTS ON THE UNPOWERED UNIT WORK AND CHANGE WITH DIRECTION.
