UPDATE - I TESTED THE MOTOR WITH AN ALLEN WRENCH AND IT WINDS WELL AND THE LEVER ON TOP WORKS TO STOP THE WHEELS TO WIND. Nice little set that has the typical mismatched gray paint. I do not have a key to test the engine but the motor does not look sprung.
