This is for a RESIN 3D printed On18 scale narrow gauge steam tank locomotive kit #1. Gray body, roof, buffers and side skirts. Brand new. This version has a long saddle tank that covers both the boiler and smoke box and has a rear-of-cab mounted coal bin. Parts may need a little light sanding and/or filing in spots. Just prime and paint as you wish. On18 is 1:48 O scale that runs on N scale track which, in 1:48, is 18" narrow gauge track. This is NOT the same as On30 or HOn30. 18" narrow gauge was mainly used in industrial settings, mining, etc Designed to drop onto the Kato 11-109/11-110 chassis ensures that this will be a smooth and reliable runner. It could be adapted to use other similar N scale mechanisms as well. DOES NOT include the Kato chassis. Kit includes the loco shell, roof, 2x buffer beams, 2x side skirts, 1x oil tank insert. Buffers and skirts are easily glued to the 11-109 chassis (see pic of similar chassis...preferred method) or they can be glued to the bottom of the loco shell. Snap the shell onto the chassis before gluing the buffers and skirts in place. ***Please be VERY CAREFUL if you need to remove the loco shell from the chassis after it's snapped on. You could damage the bottom mounting rails on the loco shell*** On18 scale.These kits make an excellent starting point for building custom locos.
