This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. These locomotives have been tested and didn't run at all; therefore are being sold as-is. There are light scratches along the body. The wheels show average signs of wear. Both locomotives show signs of glue residue. Some decorative trim pieces may be missing from these locomotives. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
