It is an Acrylic Solvent based air brush ready mix using a medium needle with no thinning required. I have painted MRL (Standard, Thank You Veterans-4407 & Thank You Essential Workers-4404), Farmrail, IMRL, IC&E, KCS So Belle, Chessie, CP Military Tributes SD90/43 to SD70ACU's and CP Maroon/Grey models and love it as it is easy to work with and clean up.Personal Painter Note: I recommend using the Light Gray (TCP-256) primer as base after stripping old paint in preparation for new paint application.
