This particular locomotive has been pulled out of a brsnd new old stock storage facility. - the items original box is not included. During storage slight oxidization has happened. Tried showing any i could see to the best of my ability. Took the unit to a shop. They tested it for basic functions and everything worked as it should of - during the cleaning process the shop seems to of maybe not cleaned enough or partially stripped the clear coat - see photos of close up on road number.
