It\u2019s fully functional forward neutral reverse. I did not test the horn even when it works. It doesn\u2019t sound very good lol. The rubber stamped stripes are faded like they normally do their original. You can see where one of them probably got a little over inked in the front\u2026 Both of the Keystone Pennsylvania Railroad stickers. Are there in the middle at the top on either side. Use the pictures to help determine the condition for yourself.
