It is a little dusty. Some yellow paint is chipping off the handrails. It was tested and runs good. It does make a little clicking sound when running and gets stuck occasionally. I think the gears are bad. Both headlights work. It comes with its original box and packaging. No paperwork. Please look at all photos. What you see is what you get.
