Not running; when hooked to transformer, wheels turn 1\/6th of the way then stop. I did some sanding of wheels and same thing happened. They turned a bit then stopped. Not sure if it needs a very deep cleaning of connectors or if it is the funky wire to wheels system itself. Brass shell on Diecast base. Selling as parts or for someone\u2019s rebuild project.
