The book is printed in the oversized oblong format Kalmbach used for this series, with blue cloth boards and gilt lettering on the front cover and spine. The contents page notes a second printing in 1960, third printing in 1966, and fourth printing in 1968, so this copy is one of the widely circulated mid to late 1960s printings of the classic 1960 first edition text.
