There are no known missing or broken parts, other than that the front light on No. 5713 does not function. There are Proto 2000 spare parts and LEDs and resistors in the box along with the decoder instructions; shown in the last picture.

Locomotive is in very good condition! Both lights work, and moves very smoothly (though more on the slow side) however the speaker was removed by past owners.

2841 Streamlined 4-6-4 Hudson, Disc Drivers w/Sound, DCC NYC. Developed by the Case School of Applied Science, the shroud covered the locomotive and tender. The shroud was not just for looks, but rather was well-planned and functional.
9044 EMD SD40 High Nose – Standard DC – Stealth. Southern Railway #3178 (Tuxedo, black, white). Between 1966 and 1972, GM built 1268 of these locomotives before introducing the new SD40-2. This Stealth Series no-sound/DCC-ready model operates on DC out of the box, or a modeler can easily install their DCC decoder of choice.
