The unit works but the shell is cracked and one set of trucks are broken where the coupler was (now missing). This could still operate with the other coupler. IMO, the truck would need to be replaced and not just adding another coupler due to the significance of the break.

GREAT ADDITION to your Lionel HO trains collection! POWERED A Diesel has working headlight and motor turns but needs new rubber band belts to run. DUMMY B has missing nub on one side of base (see close-up pic), so base does not attach into engine shell on one side.

Runs forward neutral and reverse, light works. Front apron crack directly below front coupler on shell. This has a horn but unable to test because the battery holder is corroded. Selling as working I have not lubed or serviced this Alco.
